Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to every purchase from outlandminiatures.com. The store is operated by SIA "VDS", a company registered in the Republic of Latvia ("we", "us").

These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your contract with us is concluded when you place an order through our store and we send you an order confirmation by email. The order and the confirmation are considered received as soon as they are available to the recipient.

The contract is concluded in English. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because of an obvious pricing error), we will let you know and refund any payment in full.

We sell physical 3D-printed resin miniatures. Every miniature is printed in our workshop in Jelgava, Latvia, specifically for your order. Nothing is held in stock.

• Miniatures are printed in grey resin, then washed and UV cured.
• They are shipped unpainted and unassembled, with bases as separate parts.
• Priming is available as an optional add-on on the product page.
• Small marks from print supports may remain and may need light cleanup before painting.
• Product photos may be renders or painted examples from the sculptor. You receive the unpainted resin miniature.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The price that applies is the one shown when you complete checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure systems and are never stored by us. Production starts once your payment has been received.

Production takes 1–7 business days. Around Latvian public holidays it can take up to 10 business days. These are estimates. If your order needs more time, we will let you know by email.

We ship worldwide with Latvijas Pasts. When your parcel ships, you receive an email with a tracking number, which you can follow at mans.pasts.lv. Delivery times are counted from the dispatch date.

The free shipping threshold is calculated on the amount you pay after discounts, before shipping. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Orders over 1000€ may be shipped in several parcels; additional parcels are sent at our cost.

• EU: no customs fees.
• USA: we cover the import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• All other countries outside the EU (including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia and Singapore): import duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient. They are set by local customs authorities and are outside our control.

We print customer files on request. Send your file in STL or LYS format to info@outlandminiatures.com. We will confirm the details and the price before printing. Custom orders are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled or returned once printing has started. If a custom print arrives damaged or defective, section 11 applies.

You can cancel your order before printing starts and receive a full refund. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Every miniature is printed specifically for you, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our products (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This means we do not accept returns because you changed your mind.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, with a print defect, with missing parts or with the wrong item, we will put it right:

• Email info@outlandminiatures.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• We will reprint the miniature or send the missing parts free of charge.
• You do not need to send the damaged item back.
• If a refund applies, it is made within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damage that happens after delivery (dropping, assembly, painting, sanding or other handling) is not a defect and is not replaced.

The following are normal features of resin 3D printing:

• Slight differences in resin shade compared to photos.
• Very fine layer lines on smooth or curved surfaces.
• Small support marks, usually on bases and undersides.
• Thin parts arriving slightly bent. Dip the part in hot water for a few seconds, straighten it and hold it until it cools.
• Any damage caused after delivery.

Every sculptor uses their own scale formula, so we measure the whole figure. The size is listed on each product page. Miniatures from different sculptors in the same scale can differ in height. This is normal in the hobby and is not a defect.

Our miniatures are not suitable for children under 14. They contain small parts and thin, pointed details.

Our models are created by independent sculptors and printed under licence. All rights in the designs stay with the sculptors. You buy a physical miniature for personal use. You may not:

• copy, cast or make moulds of the miniature;
• request, share or sell the digital files;
• resell miniatures as received from us or run a print or resale business with them.

You may sell individual miniatures you have painted yourself as your own painted work, but not in mass production. All website content (photos, texts, branding) belongs to SIA "VDS" or its licensors.

• Orders over 19.99€ receive 1 free Mystery Mini, orders over 69.99€ receive 2. Mystery Minis are chosen by us, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
• Promotions may change or end at any time. The terms shown at checkout apply to your order.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
• We may cancel a promotional benefit if it is clearly being abused.

Before opening this store, we sold our miniatures on Etsy. Some reviews on this site were moved from our Etsy shop and are marked as verified purchases from those orders.

We do our best to keep product descriptions, sizes and photos accurate. If you notice a mistake, please let us know and we will correct it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where this is not permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in the courts of your country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@outlandminiatures.com. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre, Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs (PTAC), at www.ptac.gov.lv.

We may update these terms from time to time. Your order is governed by the terms in force on the date you placed it. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
